Be awarded for your innovative approach to health and wellbeing

The Sustainable City Awards are back for 2018. These Awards, led by London Sustainability Exchange, seek to reward best practice in innovative business practices.
What are the Sustainable City Awards?
Since 2001, the Sustainable City Awards have provided a platform and recognition to businesses taking an innovative approach to sustainability. The awards bring together representatives from the capital’s business, public sector, charity and not-for-profit communities to drive forward the agenda for a smarter, healthier and more environmentally-friendly world. It’s a fantastic way to engage with like-minded organisations to share best practice and to network.
The awards are focused around five different categories:
- Healthier City
- Smart Technology
- Innovative Spaces
- Sustainable Mobility
- Managing Resources
In addition, the Sir Peter Parker award will be given to the organisation that best demonstrates leadership in sustainability and will be chosen from the winners and highly commended entries of the five categories.
The Healthier City award seeks to award best practice in promoting working environments and cultures that benefit the wellbeing of workers and/ or citizens, such as through workspace design, facilities and social and community-based initiatives. Last year, the winner of the Health and Wellbeing award was Brockwell Park Community Greenhouses and the runner-up was Groundwork London.
Who is eligible?
All organisations, from the smallest of grass-roots and start-ups to global multinational corporations and everything in between, are eligible to take part; no organisation is too big or too small.
