Keith Cotton founder of CrispAir – lead speaker and coordinator of workshop
A leading business engagement consultant, covering many areas including air quality. He has worked with many organisations across London. His MBA thesis was in communications and behavioural change, developing a new model in Large Group Intervention theory, in the field of healthcare and beyond. His current focus, outside of running the business, is volunteering as a fundraiser for Riding for the Disabled and supporting Herts and Middlesex Wildlife Trust as a Trustee. This enables keith to bring his passion for wildlife and practical communications skills together to maximum effect.
Nina Swallow, Health, Safety & Environmental Advisor
Nomura has been engaged with the CityAir initiative since its launch in 2011. As early adopters Nina will be speaking about the action taken by Nomura to reduce their impact on air pollution locally and share the results of personal exposure monitoring undertaken by different staff at Nomura, during their commute and over the course of the working. As recognised air quality champions, Nina will be joined by colleagues from within Nomura that drive environmental best practice and support the onsite health and wellbeing programme.

Dr Charles Perkins
Dr Charles Perkins is a UK trained General Practitioner and member of the Royal College of General Practice.
He graduated from Oxford University medical school in 2007 having completed research into the neuroanatomical pathways underlying Parkinsons disease. Clinical rotations and an inspirational final year work placement lead him into primary care completing his specialist training in 2012. He has worked for the NHS across London and now works full time for Nuffield Health. He is a keen cyclist and surfer and interested in all aspects of preventative medicine and screening.
Ian Edwards
Nuffield Programme Director at Nomura Health and Fitness, and a Health and Wellbeing Professional for more than 20 years. For the last 16 years Ian has specialised in Corporate Health, and worked for some of the world’s largest and leading companies, which includes an airline, law firm and two banks. Has developed Nomura’s Health and Wellbeing package to be one of the UK’s best, with an award winning service for more than 4 years. Coming from a sports and Fitness back ground, Ian is listed with the Register Of Exercise Professionals at Advanced Level 3, a qualified movement specialist, training in Pilates, Functional Movement and Personal Training.Ian is a keen off road cyclist and in his leisure has completed the South Downs Way, Coed y Brenin Snowdonia and Forest of Dean.
Roger Crosby
As EMEA Category Manager for Indirect Procurement at Nomura, Roger is a sourcing professional with over 12 years of experience both in industry and as a consultant. He has extensive expertise developing complex strategy documents and significant eProcurement knowledge, having planned, selected and implemented a variety of solutions on multiple platforms. Roger has worked closely with the Corporate Services team to deliver several key sourcing projects relating to Business Travel and other Facilities Management projects. Most recently, he delivered a new Managed Print Services solution which resulted in substantial cost savings for the organisation with a fleet of over 500 new devices with significantly enhanced environmental credentials reducing both energy use and carbon.
