City of London Vehicle Idling Action Day

Are you passionate about improving air quality and volunteering? In collaboration with Nomura, the City of London Corporation is hosting another Vehicle Idling Action Day, on Wednesday 6th September, between 9:30 and 11:45am.

Volunteers will attend a short training session, followed by a walk around the City’s streets, engaging with drivers who are in idling vehicles and encouraging them to switch off. This session is part of a series of innovative education and behaviour change campaigns to reduce localised air pollution and improve air quality, which benefits City workers, residents and visitors alike.
