Legal sector online roundtable, hosted by City of London Corporation Policy Chair, Catherine McGuinness
Looking at positive changes to working practices and cultures by COVID-19 through the lens of workforce mental health in the legal sector
The second online roundtable discussion looking at lessons learned and opportunities presented by COVID-19, through the lens of workforce mental health and wellbeing in the legal sector, will be taking place on Wednesday 27 January, between 3 and 4pm.
It will be chaired by the Policy Chair of the City of London Corporation – Catherine McGuinness. Attendees will also be able to hear from Martin Mankabady – Partner at Dentons and Chair of the firm’s Wellbeing Committee, and other speakers, who will share insights from their respective organisations.
This session will focus on how organisations can best harness some of the positive changes to working practices and cultures brought about by COVID-19, and how they may be best applied when planning for more “hybrid” ways of working, when some workers begin returning to the office later this year.
The discussion will be a safe space for organisations to share experiences, best practice and opportunities and will be conducted under Chatham House rules.
We would be delighted if you were able to join us online. If you – or the most relevant person within your organisation – would like to attend, please register your interest by emailing businesshealthy@cityoflondon.gov.uk no later than 5pm on Friday 15 January.
