An Executive Coach, who is curious and passionate about people, coaching and mental health. I have a BSc in Mental Health Nursing, and a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Coaching. I am committed to the delivery of ‘excellence’ and enjoy supporting others to think, act and behave differently in order to lead a more fulfilling and successful life. As an experienced mental health practitioner I have spent many years indirectly coaching others, therefore I bring a unique blend of transferable skills, experience and methodology to my coaching practice. I use a variety of proven evidence based techniques, along with an element of humour and challenge in order to help my clients to take control of their lives in order to push forward, unlock and maximise potential and performance.
