Recording from Business Healthy masterclass in partnership with Maggie’s Barts: “Supporting employees with cancer”
This short video presentation (click the “View Document” button below) by the City of London Corporation’s Business Healthy, in partnership with Maggie’s Barts, provides a brief introduction into how and why employers can and should support their staff who are living with cancer, or who are supporting friends or family members through cancer.
Led by a Cancer Support Specialist, it covers the free support that individuals can access through Maggie’s Centres, including the centre at St Bartholomew’s Hospital in the City of London, as well as information about the support, expertise and guidance that Maggie’s Centres can provide to employers, to help them to support their staff in the best way possible.
The short presentation also covers some frequently asked questions by employers to Maggie’s.
