“Time to take ownership” – Business in the Community’s 2019 Mental Health at Work Report
This report shares the findings of Business in the Community’s fourth annual national mental health at work survey. The findings show that while progress is being made with increased awareness and positive action around mental health, the impacts are not felt evenly across the workforce.
The data also shows that workplace practices appear to be contributing increasingly to poor mental health among the workforce and exacerbating existing inequalities.
The report shares a snapshot of mental health within the context of the workplace and suggestions and recommendations for how employers can make improvements.
