Why Workplace Matters: Raj Shah at TEDxUGA

Raj Shah is no stranger to the University of Georgia. He graduated from the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences (BS) and the School of Public and International Affairs (MPA) in 2006, and the School of Law in 2010. During his time at the university, Raj worked with the Peace Corps, National 4-H Council, and served on the Executive Board of The Arch Society. When named to the University of Georgia Alumni Association 40 Under 40 Class of 2011, he reflected on his Arch Society experience: “My experience on the Executive Board of The Arch Society was incredibly special to me. It truly defined my college experience and shaped who I am as a person.” Raj is now an attorney at the Atlanta-based law firm, Parker, Hudson, Ranier & Dobbs, LLP. He focuses his practice on health care litigation, compliance, licensure, and regulatory matters, and is currently running an innovative wellness program to transform the workplace into a healthy community.
